Published: 22nd November 2024 PACT HR Policy Launch – November 2024 In April 2024 PACT HR launched Phase One of its HR Policy Review capturing Employment Law changes which became effective from 1 April 2024 with five updated policies for Attendance Management, Flexible Working, Performance Capability, Appraisals and Recruitment & Selection. Phase Two in September 2024 saw the release of three more policies, Disciplinary, Grievance and Work & Families. November 2024 brings two more updated policies Appraisal and Pay 2024, to reflect the October 2024 NJC (Support Staff) pay awards, and the November 2024 teachers pay award and associated appraisal guidance. You will find these two updated policies in the SLA Information Hub from Monday 25 November 2024. We are also planning to release a new Sexual Harassment Policy Framework in January 2025. We will of course send out communications when this is in the SLA Information Hub. All PACT HR policies are fully consulted upon with recognised Trade Union Bodies meaning there is no additional necessity for schools to consult individually and can be adopted immediately by PACT HR SLA clients.
