The 2023 PACT HR Pay Policy is available to download for SLA customers incorporating the November 2023 announcements of the teacher and support staff percentage uplifts and advice on how Pay Awards should be implemented to ensure statutory compliance.

The 2023 Teachers and NJC Pay Scales have also been downloaded on the school support (contracts and administration) website for our school support customers.
