Our knowledge of terms and conditions is unprecedented with our HR Business Partners having historical knowledge of early regulations with the ability to support our clients on all HR matters including the Employee Lifecycle and HR Strategy.
PACT HR is unique, having developed and maintained relationships with the following stakeholders enabling up to date and relevant educational HR expertise:
- Relationships with Support and Teaching Staff Based Trade Unions:
We have a productive working relationship in dealing with cases, negotiation and consultation at a local and regional level including policies and procedures ready for implementation by our clients. - Liaison with Government Bodies:
We are a member of the Local Government Association and Yorkshire and Humber Employment Association which provides statutory updates to relevant pay and conditions and government policy impacting the educational sector as well as providing training for our team. - Educational policy development:
We regularly contribute to surveys from Government Bodies which feed into Government Policy for schools including updates on the STPCD. - Regulatory Bodies (ESFA, RSD and Diocese):
We liaise with relevant regulatory bodies ensuring that our advice meets their statutory requirements. - Relationship with ISBL:
We draft articles, attend and present at national conferences on educational related HR matters. - Wider Education Groups:
We are part of wider educational working groups in conjunction with Bradford Council on matters that impact schools e.g. The Harpur vs Brazel Project Group. - Local Authority Maintained Schools:
For Local Authority Maintained Schools, our clients can be rest assured that any obligations under the School Staffing (England) Regulations 2009 (as amended) to keep the Local Authority informed are automatically met under our full SLA provision.
