January 2021 is Veganuary, the month-long challenge that encourages meat-eaters to stick to a plant based diet. With over 400,000 participates last year, and this year it is set to be the best year yet, Veganism is clearly on the rise. As an employer you need to be aware of the potentially significant effects, this growing trend has on employment and the workplace.

This January is Walk your Dog Month, where we highlight and celebrate the effects that dog walking has on promoting our wellbeing and mental health. Especially when we are spending more time at home, being able to venture out safely and get some exercise for our canine friends and ourselves is significantly beneficial.
