Pay Policy - Update
Further to our previous correspondence on our Model Pay Policy, we are pleased to inform you that this was formally ratified by the recognised trade unions on Monday 4th December 2017. The final version is now available for you to download from our website. Schools are recommended to go through their normal procedure for ratification of this policy as soon as possible. This policy is not being issued on behalf of Bradford Council as a model pay policy for all maintained schools and it is asked that this is not shared with those schools that do not purchase PACT HR’s Advisory Service. It is planned that any changes made to the pay of members of staff in your school, will be made in time for the January 2018 pay date.
