We are pleased to announce that PACT HR will be running a series of briefing sessions in October 2019 for senior leaders in schools.

These sessions are aimed at providing you with information and guidance in relation to a number of recent HR developments, that schools need to be aware of.

As usual, the October 2019 Briefing Sessions will cover a variety of topics and areas, including:

  2. School Teachers Pay and Conditions 2019
  3. NJC Pay Negotiations – April 2020
  4. Teachers Pensions Update, including the Grant and Supplementary Funds
  5. Advice on the use of Casual Workers and the payment of holiday pay

  8. Unconscious Bias Awareness

As always make sure to book in advance to ensure you get a place on the date you wish to visit, as our dates regularly fully book up weeks before the session itself.

Please note our last sessions were fully booked, and we have a limited number of places available on the sessions, which as always are free to those schools that subscribe to the PACT HR Advisory Service and will take place on the following dates:
