We are pleased to announce PACT HR's next 'HR for Governors Conference' will focus on 'Using HR Data to Improve Performance'.

Governors within Schools and Academies have access to, and use, vast amounts of data to support them in their role. Information such as pupil attainment, pupil progress, pupil attendance, pupil behaviour, individual pupil needs, finance and resourcing. But what information is captured and available in relation to the current and prospective workforce?

At the summer conference we will look at this area of management information (MI) data and how we can use this to educate decisions on the strategic planning and wellbeing of the organisation. Nick Smith, Head of PACT HR will provide a summary update on some recent and relevant employment law issues and there will be the usual opportunity to network with Governors from other organisations and establishments.
