When dealing with disputes between members of staff you may find it useful to suggest mediation as a way forward.  Mediation is a useful tool in resolving employee grievances and can be very effective.  

PACT HR can support customers in accessing mediation services for your employees. You should consult with each member of staff to verify whether they are willing to participate in mediation.  Once you have consent, PACT HR can support you to refer the case. Early intervention is the key as the situation may escalate the longer it remains unresolved.  The mediation service will then meet with each member of staff separately and then meet with both staff members together to try and find some common ground and a way forward.
