Call Management
You are in... Menu > Helpdesk > Call Management
All calls that you make to the PACT HR Helpdesk number (01274 436644) are logged on our call management system. This enable us to do a number of things;
- Ensure that your call is responded to quickly and efficiently
- Monitor the quality of advice and guidance you are given
- Add important information regarding cases to our case log
- Monitor the type of questions you ask so that we can identify and respond to hotspots for our clients
If the person you need to speak to is not available the Helpdesk team will be able to put you through to our HR Business Partner/Advisor on cover who will be able to advise you appropriately or, log a call for your nominated officer to get back to you as soon as possible. The Call Management system is available to all of our officers remotely so they can access the system as soon as they are available.
