World of Online Recruitment Part Three

Since March 2020 a number of PACT HR's face to face training events have been postponed in order to comply with lockdown guidance and ensure the safety of our delegates. We have however been working hard to ensure we can still bring you safer recruitment training, albeit in a slightly different format.

The New World of Online Recruitment Part three: Safe Recruitment Training now available as E-Learning

Author: Kate Earnshaw, Senior HR Business Partner (Consultancy)

We are excited to announce that the new distance learning session will be available to delegates from 2nd July 2020.

How will it work?

You can book for the Safer Recruitment E-Learning by emailing info@pact-hr.co.uk or completing the booking form here. Once booked, you will receive all the training materials required, direct to the email address you provide.

You can go at your own pace and there is a workbook to accompany you through the session. Once you have completed the session you will be able to take the knowledge test and obtain a certificate of completion.

Accessibility Requirements

In order to take part in the e-learning you will need a computer or device that allows you to view mp4 videos (the training is compatible with most devices). Sound is also required.

Participant Feedback

“Thank you for the quality of this years ‘remote’ Safer Recruitment Training 2020’ by Kate Earnshaw, PACT HR. The presentation standard was excellent. The flow of information was very well considered. Completing the training independently personalised the training and allowed me to pause the screen, reflect, and collate my own written record and weigh up the guidance against my own setting. It provided me with lots of assurances (which is always healthy) but I have also taken away several great ideas of how we can further improve on our (safeguarding) deterring techniques particularly for instances when we are communicating about vacancies online”.

“I’d prefer to wait for face to face training…”

If you’d rather wait until face to face training resumes that’s fine, simply confirm this when placing your booking and you will be added to the September course date which we are hoping and anticipating will take place face to face.
